Payment Term & Policy:

• 50% deposit of total villa charge is required to block the villa space.
• 50% balance is required 60 days before arrival.
• Damage deposit 100,000 Baht will be returned at time of checking out.
• Not allowed to smoke in all indoor areas.
• Cancellation 60 days before arrival date is 50% fee charge of total cost of stay.
• Cancellation within 60 days before arrival date is 100% fee charge of total cost of stay.
• Check in time is 2 pm, check out time is 12 pm.
• Early check in and late check out are available depends on villa occupancy.
• Shorten Stay / Early Check-Out is 100% charge of the total cost of stay.
