■ 50% balance is required 60 days before arrival.
■ Damage deposit 100,000 Baht will be returned at time of checking out.
■ Not allowed to smoke in all indoor areas.
■ Cancellation 60 days before arrival date is 50% fee charge of total cost of stay.
■ Cancellation within 60 days before arrival date is 100% fee charge of total cost of stay.
■ Check in time is 2 pm, check out time is 12 pm.
■ Early check in and late check out are available depends on villa occupancy.
■ Shorten Stay / Early Check-Out is 100% charge of the total cost of stay.
