Located between Vajira Hospital and Bangkok Hospital, this project is situated in the heart of the city on a 2-rai plot of land. While the area is in a red zone, allowing construction up to 45 meters high (approximately 15 floors), we’ve made a thoughtful decision to prioritize parking and customer convenience.

According to the law, there must be at least 30% parking space for customers. However, we understand the importance of owning your parking space wherever you go. To meet this need, we’ve chosen to limit the building height to 7 floors (only 23 meters high), allowing us to offer 100% parking space for our residents.
